A nice looking 7 and a good price but manufacturer listed as Rickman

Hi all, long time no posts. Been busy health wise but sooooo close to having Earl mot'ed (more soon)
Back to Ems post. This is the second time this has been listed. I contacted the owner of this car as they are very close to me. The owner is adamant that it is a Rickman and told me its listed on the log book as a Rickman. Does anyone know if this IS a Rickman?

I've had a potential buyer contact me, looks like a Westfield not known Rickman ever make anything like this !!

Just to see what came back I put the reg number into the RAC web site and got "this registration number is not on our database". Hmm.
