Either the seals are the wrong profile (too big ?) of they are just need to give a bit ?

That was a no, I searched my NAS drive and can't find the file, Maybe it was lost when I had a hard drive fail.

I missed the Carb's bit, so it's ignition only then, I'm running MegaJolt ignition on My TVR.

Looking good, zetec is a great motor I had an 1800 I'm a Stylus and my dad was so impressed he took his pinto out of his spartan and fitted another 1800 zetec.

Which ECU are you using ?

I just cut the box off the end of the existing mounts, bolted the original (escort ?) xmember up and welded back together where the new engine needed it.
